I also have contributed chapters to several books, including Lightspeed Business, published by John Wiley and Sons in 2001.I have recently ghostwritten Getting It Right the First Time, a book on innovative companies for two Silicon Valley consultants. It was published by the Greenwood Press in 2005.

These include the Ohio State Award for excellence in Educational, Informational and Public Affairs Broadcasting (a national honor, despite its name), six Addys, a gold award and a merit award in the 1993 and 1994 annual competitions sponsored by Healthcare Marketing Report, the Kirsch Leadership Award, and the Upjohn Healthcare Services Baton. I also have received an American Academy and Institute of Arts and Letters grant, a P.E.N. grant, and several Michigan Council for the Arts writing, editing and video awards.
